I am a graduate student in the Human Resource Development (HRD) program at Indiana State University. I am writing to inquire about internship opportunities with your organization. My program of study requires me to visit an organization that administers training to its employees; to work cooperatively with an internship supervisor and an Indiana State HRD professor in developing a training or instructional unit for that organization; and to design an evaluation procedure for that or some other portion of a training or education program at that organization. The effort required to host me should be minimal and more than offset by the benefit of having an extra hand to support your training efforts.
